How is NERVA different from other assistants?+
NERVA is one personality, not a showcase of models. She thinks in real time right before your eyes, she has her own character and her own opinion — she won't just agree to please you. She remembers facts about you, finds fresh information online, does exact math and masks secrets.
Do I need my own API key to use NERVA?+
No. NERVA is available right after sign-up — unlimited chat. Only the key is paid.
What's included in the free plan?+
Unlimited chat, attachments (photos, PDFs, documents), conversation export and full chat history. Try it for free — NERVA is already working.
How do I pay for the Pro subscription?+
Tap «Get Pro» in the app: a bank card through the secure checkout — QR code or link. Pro activates automatically within 5–30 seconds: we verify the payment ourselves, you don't need to press anything.
How safe is it to store keys and chats?+
Your passwords and keys are stored in an individual session: passwords are kept only as scrypt hashes with unique salts, API keys never reach the database and are invisible to anyone else. If the model suddenly outputs a password or token in a reply, it gets masked right in the stream. Your chats are deleted on request.
How do I download NERVA?+
Nothing to download: NERVA works right in your browser — on desktop and mobile. On Android and iOS, add it to your home screen as an app (PWA) from the browser menu.
